The Computer Information Systems degree program, prepares students with the organizational and technical abilities needed for professional information technology positions in contemporary organizations. Students learn to assess business needs and develop appropriate solutions. Computer environments range from desktop hardware and software to local area networks, enterprise systems, object-oriented programming, and Internet-based technologies.
The program allows students to finish all upper division information systems and business coursework online, allowing them to earn a BBA degree within two years, assuming they have completed appropriate business foundation and general education coursework prior to acceptance.
Admission to Morehead State University (see MSU admission requirements).
