Stanley D. Branham ('95, '00)
Stanley (Darren) Branham, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), was recently promoted to Controller of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) U.S. He is proud to work with Yum! Brands based out of Louisville, Ky. Darren is also a founding board member and treasurer of the Louisville Gay Men's Chorus.

Amanda Earnest-Reitmann, '05, and Jonathan Reitmann, '07

Amanda Earnest-Reitmann married fellow Morehead State alum Jonathan Reitmann in May 2017. Amanda received her bachelor’s degree in art (graphic design) with a music minor in 2005. In 2014, she received her master’s degree in graphic design from Savannah College of Art and Design. Amanda is currently employed as a web developer/designer at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. Jonathan received his bachelor’s degree in computer science in 2007. He is currently employed as a software engineer at Tyler Technologies in Moraine, Ohio.

Greg Justice, ‘86

Greg Justice, a Masters of Health & Physical Education graduate just released a new book with K.C. Chiefs Hall of Famer Art Still. The title of the book is Mind Over Head Chatter: The Psychology of Athletic Success. Greg serves on the advisory board of two personal training schools and instructs trainers worldwide.

Bill Mabry, ‘73

Bill Mabry, who received his bachelor’s degree in 1973, is leading the expansion of Buckley King Law Firm to Louisville, Kentucky. Based in Cleveland, Buckley King has offices in Atlanta and Phoenix, and Bill hopes to expand their offerings to clients in the health care industry.

Joyce Morton, ‘06

Joyce Morton was recently honored with the 2018 Martin Luther King Jr. Lifetime Achievement Award. Joyce was a speaker at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. march in Frankfurt in 1964, and now works for the Clark County Board of Education.

Samuel Adams, ‘11

Samuel Adams, a music education major from the class of 2011, was named Kentucky Music Teacher of the Year by the Kentucky Music Education association. Samuel has been teaching in public schools and currently teaches at Estill County High School and Middle School.

Lauren and Leanna Price, ‘17

Bluegrass duo Lauren and Leanna Price, graduates of the traditional music program, will be releasing their second album, A Heart Never Knows, in March of this year. Their sound is described as reminiscent of the Carter Family records from the 1950’s.

Carrie Paul, ‘03

Carrie Paul, a member of the class of 2003 and an early education major, has been announced as the next principal of Tates Creek Elementary. Carrie has more than 14 years of education experience in Fayette County, and has served as acting principal of Tates Creek Elementary since August.
