By engaging in an aquatics workout your body develops general strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Not to mention, swimming is a great alternative to high-impact exercises that can be stressful on your joints. If you're looking for a more rigorous aquatic work out, swim against the current of the natatorium's vortex feature or try the zipline. Visit the aquatics page for information on party reservations, lifeguard certification and more.

Gymnasium & Racquetball Court

Our gymnasium houses 3 full-size basketball courts, more than enough space for you to enjoy a game of volleyball or badminton while other students shoot hoops. The courts are prioritized for informal recreation and intramural sports, so there's always an area free. Self-contained racquetball courts are available adjacent to the gym floor and reservations may be made one day in advance. Review our facilities policies for more information.

Indoor Walking Track, Game Room & Lounge

There's nothing worse than running in the cold and snow. Luckily, the Center houses a multilane, indoor walking track. Overlooking the gymnasium, the track is surrounded by cardio equipment and stretching areas. Once you've worked up a sweat, cool off by enjoying our lounge and game room. A big screen television and game tables are provided so you and your friends can meet up after a work out or just for fun. Review our facilities policies for more information.
