About the Eagle Student Handbook

This online handbook should serve as a general reference guide for most questions concerning MSU's policies, procedures, regulations, and services. It also contains important information about the University's student conduct system. All MSU students are responsible for the University rules and regulations as outlined in the Eagle Student Handbook.

Students are responsible for responsible for reviewing the student handbook on a regular basis to ensure they are familiar with any changes and/or updates which might occur during the academic year. Morehead State University is committed to helping students take an active role in the creation and promotion of individual and community safety and welfare. Students are encouraged to refer to the valuable resources available in the online handbook, including important campus safety, health and welfare information.
