WebAdvisor Account
All University employees and students are provided a WebAdvisor account with general access to view their own personal academic and payroll information without required training.
Follow the steps below to sign into a WebAdvisor account
- Visit http://webadvisor.moreheadstate.edu
- Select the "Log In" tab and complete the "User ID:" and Password:" fields
- The User ID: field is a lowercase ‘m’ followed by the 7-digit MSU ID Number (m0123456)
- The Password: field is the same as the MSU Email Password
- If the login fails, call the OIT Help Desk at 606-783-5000.

FERPA Workshop
Purchase Requisitions and Budget Viewing Workshop
- Employees must complete the online Purchase Requistions and Budget Viewing Workshop in order to view Purchase Requisitions
- Budget Viewing is only accessible to MSU employees. If budgets cannot be viewed, please call Information Technology Applications Services at 606-783-2068 for access.
