Scholarship for the outstanding junior or senior in music education.
- Edwa P. and Allie W. Young Memorial Award
To fund an annual award to an outstanding student in the Department of Music and an outstanding student in the Department History, Philosophy, Religion and Legal Studies.
- Erica Brown Memorial Endowment
Consideration will be given to students with an interest in creative writing and the fine arts. Preference will be given to students from MSU’s primary service region. Recipients shall maintain a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0 and maintain overall satisfactory scholastic standing.

- George T. Young Memorial Fund Award
Outstanding student in the Department of History, Philosophy, Religion and Legal Stuides. Preference given to students who have a particular interest in Kentucky History.
- Harlen Hamm Scholarship (Theatre or Speech)
Scholarship given to Speech or Theatre major. Preference given to rising junior or senior.
- Individual Events/Speech Scholarship
Full-time students active on the MSU Speech Team.
- J.E. Duncan Art Award
To an outstanding art student. Junior level Art major.
- Jamey Aebersold Jazz Award (Music)
Scholarship for outstanding students in BM Jazz Studies program.
- Joyce Brown and James C. LeMaster Scholarship
Full-time undergraduate students who are majoring in English or Industrial and Engineering Technology.
- Julia Doyel Webb Scholarship
For students intending to participate on the forensic team(s). entering freshmen must have a high school GPA of 2.5.
- Lola Crosthwaite Scholarship
Awarded to full-time juniors who have declared a major of sociology, social work, or criminology and who have maintained a minimum GPA of 3.3.
- Major Wayne D. Isham Award for ROTC Excellence
Awarded to top freshmen and sophomore cadets in the MSU ROTC program.
- Mary Lynne Albers Memorial Scholarship Award
Scholarship for the outstanding student oboist.
