What will you need for your event?

Equipment may be reserved to enhance your event by calling the information desk of the University Center at 606-783-2810, or by clicking the Forms link at the top of the page. Equipment available for a fee includes: DVD players, Multi-Media projectors, laptops, and portable P.A. systems.

Requests for equipment, tables, chairs or staging should be made at the time you schedule the event or at least one week in advance. Ask for a fee schedule when reserving equipment and other needs.

All food or drinks needed for your event must be purchased through Classic Fare Catering, the exclusive provider of all food services on campus. For questions about catering your event, please call 606-783-2797 or 783-2017.
