Hosting an Evening / Weekend Event

If your event/activity is scheduled after 4:30 p.m. or on weekends, the person scheduling the facility will need to make arrangements to pick up a room key from the University Police Dispatcher located at 100 Laughlin Health Building. The person picking up the key must show their Eagle Card or a photo ID. The University Police will make sure the exterior doors are open for your event.

You will be responsible for unlocking and locking your scheduled room. Immediately following your event/activity, the key must be returned to the Dispatcher. If the key is lost, there will be a $30 lost key fee assessed to the person who scheduled the event/activity. Check with the UCCS staff for more information.
