Alumni Chapters
Being an active part of an alumni chapter is a great way to meet other alumni in your area, keep in contact with the University and have a lot of fun! The possibilities of events are endless!
The purpose of a local chapter is to:
- assist graduates in establishing and maintaining a strong connection between them and Morehead State University;
- increase the camaraderie amongst alumni at varied locations throughout the U.S.;
- aid alumni in “networking” to improve career opportunities;
- provide an avenue for alumni to “give back” to the communities in which they live through organized community service projects;
- provide an avenue for alumni to “give back” to Morehead State University through the MSU Foundation, Inc.
The MSU Alumni Association has developed a Handbook for Alumni Chapters to serve as a guide. The handbook contains information relevant to the founding and maintenance of alumni chapters.
