When can I register for classes?

I have a hold on my account. What does that mean?

Who is my advisor?

Answer:  Your advisor is listed on your official admission letter or under the Advising Central tab in your My Morehead State account. The Graduate School Advising Center is also available to assist you with advising needs as well.

When can I register for classes?

Answer:  Once your application has been exported by the Graduate Admissions Office you can register for classes pending admission (with the exception of MBA, MAT, and MSMIS students). To find out if your application has been exported contact Michelle Emrick in the Graduate School at (606) 783-5204.

I have a hold on my account. What does that mean?

Answer:  There are different types of holds (registration, financial, etc.) The type of hold issued by the Graduate School is a registration hold. Typically, these holds are placed on a student’s account when they have been admitted conditionally and are a mechanism to ensure students do not take more than the permitted 12 hours. If you have met the conditions of your admission or have questions about your hold please contact the Graduate School.
