Key Activities

The Division of Administration and Fiscal Services fulfills its role and objectives through the provision of seven key activities.  Administration and Fiscal Services supports the campus by providing services which facilitate

• hiring, retaining, developing and paying employees
• buying and paying for material and equipment, contracts for services, and labor and materials associated with construction
• billing and collecting revenues due the campus
• maintaining and renovating facilities
• selling and providing goods and services to the campus community
• compliance with federal, state, university policies, procedures and regulations.

The provision of these activities is guided by the principles of continuous quality improvement as a means of enhancing the responsiveness, adequacy and effectiveness of services provided.
