Alumni Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Brief purpose/criteria: To provide recognition to those individuals who have achieved excellence in their profession, community service, or education at the local, state, or national level. Alumni must have graduated from Morehead State University ten years prior to nomination and must be responsible, respected citizens of good character in their communities and professions. Individuals will be inducted into the Alumni Hall of Fame during Homecoming Weekend of that year.

*Nominations must be received by April 1 to be considered for induction into the Hall of Fame of the current year.
