Description:
Writing Eastern Kentucky: Harnessing Creativity and Creative Energy in the Classroom is organized by The Morehead Writing Project. The conference runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be held in Breckinridge Hall. The four feature artists are R. D. Hall, George Eklund, Annie Jones and Katerina Stoykova-Klemer. Sessions are planned for teachers and for writers and two plenary sessions. Registration at the door is $50, advance registration is $40. MSU students can attend at half-price. The registration fee does not include lunch. Teachers can receive 6 huors of professional development credit. For more information, visit
