Shane Christensen, Brian Jensen, Steven Heywood and Michael Schmidt, the four members known as The Firm, will be artists-in-residence at Morehead State University on October 16 and 17.  These artists work in ceramics.  On October 16 from 9 a.m. to noon and again from 1:30-5 p.m., the four members will demonstrate various clay working methods from sculpting with clay to making functional vessels on and off the potters' wheel.  On October 17,  from 9 a.m. to noon and again from 1:30-5 p.m., they will demonstrate various assembling, decorating and finishing techniques.
