ATTENTION PARENTS!! FREE PARENT LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS!!! 

Rowan County Schools, Morehead State University and the Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence will host two FREE Parent Leadership 101 workshops on October 5th and 6^th AND November 16th and 17^th in Morehead, KY. The Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence develops skilled parent leaders who partner with schools to improve student achievement. The Prichard Committee provides: research based curriculum, two trainers with extensive experience, and handouts and materials for each participant. Participants will leave this training with an understanding of school and district data, new common core standards, school improvement planning and more, with a focus on improved student success.  Refreshments and meals are provided.
