Application Procedure
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must first apply to Morehead State University by completing the Admission and Scholarship Application (www.moreheadstate.edu/apply). In addition to the application, you need to send your 7-semester high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores to Enrollment Services, 100 Admission Center, Morehead, KY 40351.
Some scholarships require an additional application, which is provided below.
If you are a current student, you do not need to reapply for admission, but you will need to complete a supplemental scholarship application, if required.
Requirements
Awarded to undergraduate students from Kentucky who are enrolled in the College of Education. Recipients shall be unconditionally admitted to the University and must be studying to become teachers. Recipients must either be admitted to the Teacher Education Program or be making progress toward admission into the Program. Preference will be given to the students from Clark, Franklin, Pike and Perry counties in Kentucky. The award is renewable if the recipient remains in good academic standing with the University.
