The Raymond P. Ross, Sr. Memorial Award was established in the memory the father of MSU guitar teacher, Raymond Ross, Jr. The award consists of a $100 cash scholarship given to the music student who has demonstrated academic excellence in music by virtue of being the senior music major with the highest grade point average.

Application Procedure
To be eligible for a scholarship, you must first apply to Morehead State University by completing the Admission and Scholarship Application (www.moreheadstate.edu/apply). In addition to the application, you need to send your 7-semester high school transcript and ACT or SAT scores to Enrollment Services, 100 Admission Center, Morehead, KY 40351.
Some scholarships require an additional application, which is provided below.
If you are a current student, you do not need to reapply for admission, but you will need to complete a supplemental scholarship application, if required.
