Oedipus the King by Sophocles will be held February 25, 26, 27, 28 and March 1 at 7:30 p.m. On Sunday, March 2 there will be a 2 p.m. matinee showing. The city of Thebes is overrun with plague. New King Oedipus vows to find the source of the disease and cleanse his city. But the trail of discovery leads him into uncomfortable territory, and he must choose either to ignore the obvious or to accept a burden that becomes ever more personal and dangerous and irrevocable.
