MSU is now using Rendezvous to schedule all university meeting spaces on campus.

 
MSU Departments: You must attend a training session before you will be given access to Rendezvous.

 
Students: You must be a registered organization through the Office of Student Activities, Inclusion and Leadership (SAIL) and be identified as the person responsible for booking venue space for your organization. 
You must also attend a training session before you will have access to the system.

  • Not completed training- go through one of the scheduled sessions in Bert Combs 413;
                   Tuesday, Sept. 6- 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
                   Tuesday, Sept. 20- 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
              Tuesday, Sept. 27- 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
 
 Non-MSU members wishing to use a campus space may call 606-783-2809 to speak with a representative of Conference and Event Services.                    
  1.  Events must be booked, at minimum, seven business days in advance. When booking an event specify set up needs; including number of tables, chairs, and any audio-visual needs. The system will not allow these to be added any later than one week before an event.
  2. Work requests will be denied if entered in SchoolDude after the event is requested/approved in Rendezvous. There will not be exceptions made.
  3. Also, please read confirmation emails fully. They provide details such as set up information, key pick up and could also be a cancellation of your request
