Bio

Image - Gold Square "Before coming to MSU I didn't have the slightest idea what I wanted to do with my life. After running wardrobe for two shows here at MSU, I discovered that theatre, specifically costumes, is a passion. I feel extremely lucky to work with such a talented group of individuals, students and faculty alike. Thanks to the MSU Theatre Program, after two semesters and one costume internship, I feel that when I finish my degree I will be fully prepared to go out into the world and work in professional theatre."

Kaitlyn Dennis is a sophomore theatre major from Morehead, Ky. She was the head of wardrobe for Les Liaisons Dangereuses and worked on the construction of costumes for Evil Dead: The Musical. This past summer she worked at the Virginia Shakespeare Festival on the Shakespearean shows A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Richard III. Katie is a proud member of the 2013-14 pledge class of Theta Alpha Phi, the Kentucky Alpha Chapter.

Theatre Major / Dance Minor, Ashland, KY“Deciding to come to MSU four years ago was the best decision I could ever make for my college education. In and out of class I have grown tremendously, especially as a dancer. It has been a dream to gain knowledge in my classes, Dance Ensemble and even through my dance honors fraternity, Delta Chi Xi. I know when I leave this University I will be ready to take the world by storm as a dancer and actress thanks to my professors and mentors who have taught and guided me throughout the years.”
