Application Procedure
Submit a Dr. Richard Hunt Memorial Scholarship Application with all required documentation by Feb. 28. Students will be notified by April 1.Requirements
Submit a resume with the scholarship application emphasizing any chemistry coursework, research in chemistry or related work experience. To be eligible the student must be currently enrolled with a declared Chemistry Major in the Department of Biology and Chemistry at Morehead State University with a Chemistry GPA of 2.50 or higher and completed one year of Chemistry (General Chemistry I and II).
The funds awarded will be added to an account at the Morehead State University Bookstore and may be used only for required or recommended course materials. The award is contingent upon enrollment in a Chemistry course (300 or higher) during each semester of the award, with eligibility for the second semester contingent upon successful complete of chemistry coursework the previous semester.
