As a student of the Craft Academy, you will be held to the
highest academic standards and challenged to reach your full potential as you
prepare for a successful, rewarding career in Science, Technology, Engineering
and Mathematics (STEM) fields. The college-level curriculum you’ll study will
give you dual credit, allowing you to finish high school while you complete up
to two years of college coursework.
You will focus on rigorous course work in project-based STEM
classes. This will allow you to take advantage of Morehead State’s top-notch
STEM programs and facilities. You will have the chance to work with faculty
members who have a broad range of experience in the professional and academic
arenas, who offer personal, one-on-one attention and guidance to students.
You will also have the chance to take electives in the arts
and humanities, allowing you to have a robust, well-rounded educational experience
that will develop competencies in a wide range of fields.
The application process for the Craft Academy
for Excellence in Science & Mathematics will open Aug. 1, 2015 for the Fall 2016 semester.
Class of 2017 students and parents/guardians are required to read and sign the acknowledgement sheet prior to arriving on campus for move-in.
