Bio

Mrs. Bledsoe is a graduate of University of Kentucky with a Master of Science in Nursing and Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After completing her undergraduate work, Christa trained and worked in a Medical-Surgical Intensive Care Unit and Open Heart Recovery Intensive Care Unit at a facility in Eastern Kentucky. During her master preparation she began to educate other critical care nurses in the Staff Development role. After completion of her graduate work, Christa maintained position on the Professional Practice Council for all Intensive Care Units in the facility and Nurse Educator in Medical-Surgical departments.
Currently Mrs. Bledsoe is Assistant Professor of Nursing which is a full-time tenure track position in the College of Science and Technology. Main courses taught are that of Advanced Health Assessment and Acute Alterations in Adult Health II. Resides in Grayson with her husband John and children
