Bio

I’ve worked for the Department of Nursing since November 2004. I work closely with the Paramedic-ADN Program, RN-BSN Online Program, and RN-BSN Face-to-Face Program in Prestonsburg, KY. I travel for recruiting purposes within the service region and other areas as well as being very involved in academic counseling and admission to programs. I really enjoy working with paramedics and RN’s to help them advance their degrees.

I’m currently pursuing my Ed.S in Adult and Higher Education and then I hope to pursue the Ed.D in Adult and Higher Education at MSU. I recently completed a CNA course and should be registered shortly. I’m very interested in pursuing a second degree RN program in the future.

I have an awesome husband and two wonderful little boys. We have a French Bulldog named Thomas. I enjoy movies and traveling for pleasure during my free time.
