The MPA has the highest admissions standards among graduate programs at MSU: a GPA of 3.0 or higher; a GRE of 1100 or higher is preferred (800 min); completed application; undergraduate transcripts; two-page written statement or interview; two references; TOEFL score of 525 or higher for international students.
