CCL houses the University’s Archives, Appalachian Collection, James Still Room, Jesse Stuart Room, Patti Bolin Display, Learning Technology Lab, Learning Resource Center, and Java City Coffee Shop.

The library features state of the art technology to help you do research and prepare class projects, as well as books, magazines, journals and more. The library staff can help you do research and find needed resources. It also offers quiet study space, collaborative work space, presentation preparation area and a coffee shop. Camden-Carroll Library is much more than books.

Accessibility: There are two accessible entrances to the library. From the front, a series of ramps and sidewalks lead from the bell tower to the base of an outdoor staircase on the right side of the building. Press the call button on the door to signal a library employee to open it. Once inside, the elevator is on the right. From the back of the library near the top of the outside staircase, press the call button on the door for library personnel. Once inside, the elevator is at the opposite end of the room on the back wall.
