Description

This two-story facility that was originally a residence hall. Houses the Office of Environmental Health & Safety and a segment of Physical Plant-Building Services. 

Accessibility: There are no accessible accommodations. 

History

Built in 1967 as a residence hall for student-athletes, this two-story facility was named for George Dewey Downing, the University’s first coach and athletic director. It is now used for various offices and storage.
