The Challenge Course is located right in front of the Recreation and Wellness Center and is open to students, faculty, staff and the community. This multi-level ropes course is comprised of both Low and High Elements, which are designed to enhance group trust, teamwork, leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Our highly trained facilitators tailor learning outcomes to your specific needs, as well as ensure that everyone has a fun experience.
These are challenging activities that are located approximately 40-50 feet off the ground. These activities can help you conquer your own personal fears while working as a team to accomplish each obstacle. High Elements are more physically demanding and should usually follow after accomplishing a few Low Elements.
As the name implies, Low Elements are located close to the ground. These activities require team cooperation including communication, organization, leadership and goal-setting. Low Elements are more mentally demanding than physically demanding.
Take the opportunity to come and climb on the Challenge Course without prior scheduling for a group. Bring friends, family or come by yourself for an unforgettable experience. The fee for participation is $5
