In case of utility failure (electricity, water, gas) call the MSUPD at 783-2035.

If the phone service is affected, attempt to use the University’s computer network to notify MSUPD via e-mail at pddispatch@moreheadstate.edu.

If someone is trapped in an elevator, call MSUPD at 783-2035 with the following information:

• Building name:
• Floor number:
• Room # (if applicable):
• Nature of problem:
• Person to contact or telephone extension:

Remain in place until notified. Individuals in corridors and exit stairs should evacuate while emergency lights are on. Emergency lighting is temporary and is not provided to continue building operations.
