Instructions for the Online Admission Process

Online submission is the preferred method. Please see below for instructions to complete and mail a paper application.

1. At the top of the CDA home page, click "Academics"
2. Click "Apply Now"
3. Click on "Create an Account" and fill in the required fields-Choose "Undergraduate prospective student"
4. Make sure you select "Special/Non degree seeking" as the anticipated student type
5. Follow the prompts to fill out your undergraduate application and click submit when you are finished
6. You will be required to pay the $30 application fee with a credit/debit card

To submit a paper application by mail:

1. Follow the instructions above, after you have clicked on "Apply to MSU", click "Print an Undergraduate Application"
2. When completing the paper application make sure that you select "Special"/Non-degree Seeking on question #8 and "Not Seeking Degree" on #14
3. Mail the completed application and a $30 check or money order to the address on the top of the application

If you did not attend MSU in the spring 2012 semester you must follow the instructions above and submit a new application. The $30 application fee is a one-time fee.
