“There are so many opportunities to participate in the MSU Theatre program! From freshman to senior year, you can dance, act, build, design, or direct. This kind of access is uncommon in a B.A. program. But here at MSU…it is at your fingertips!"Dr. Morse teaches Introduction to Theatre, all levels of Acting, Directing, and Theatre History in the Department of Music, Theatre, and Dance at Morehead State University. Napoli Milionaria. Having received her M.F.A. in Acting from the University of Alabama (Tuscaloosa), Dr. Morse has taught acting classes in Alabama, California, and Colorado. In addition to her Asst. Directing and Performing experience with the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, she has also been the Artistic Director of a Children’s Theatre Company in the Bay Area called Artz 4 Kidz. Her Ph.D. research in Theatre centers on Opera dei Pupi which is a style of puppetry unique to Sicily. Lisa’s research has taken her to a number of European countries as well as throughout Indonesia.
