Bio
Rhonda has worked at MSU for 20 years. She came to HPRL in April of 2011 and enjoys managing the office and assisting students and faculty.
Before coming to HPRL, she worked at the Career Center. Because of her past experience, she knows the value of presenting yourself well to a potential employer and has contacts at the Career Center who can counsel you on resume writing, interviewing skills, job search, internships, etc.
According to Rhonda, the best preparation for finding a full-time job is to do an internship. If you perform well during an internship, you have a much better chance of being hired full-time after graduation. She says attending Career Fairs and on-campus information sessions are also helpful because the best place to look for a job is with employers who target MSU by attending on-campus events such as these. You know these employers are interested in you because they used company resources to visit our campus.
