 TEMPORARY MEDICAL DISABILITIES

The Disability Services office will assist you in acquiring the short-term use of accommodations for temporary disabilities (e.g., mobility limitations following surgery, or a broken bone). At the earliest opportunity, notify the DS Coordinator of your situation and needs. You will be required to submit a statement from your physician stating the medical diagnosis and the functional impact on your role as a student.
