MSU Employees (Full and Part Time)

All Faculty/Staff that currently have and will have full and part time employee status for fall 2008 with a photo on file within our database will have a new EagleCard pre-made.  There will be a "Get CARDED" event during the month of July specifically for current employees to coincide with the activation of the new readers across campus.  This event will be at a centralized location (ADUC lobby/EagleCard Office) where F/S may pick up their new EagleCard ID's.  There will be an on campus mailing, mass email and a notification on the MSU homepage that will include the exact dates and times for this event.

Employee Recarding Event has begun...  ADUC Lobby...

Indivduals who have been hired for the fall term and do not currently have employee status will not be pre-made.  The standard EagleCard issue policy will be observed and ID's will be available for production within two days after the indivduals hire date.  Just stop by the EagleCard Office, room 107,  in ADUC and don't forget to bring an official form of photo identification:  Driver's License, Passport, or state issued identification card.  To check on your status, you may contact the EagleCard Office at 606-783-2701.
