BeakerBUCKS - The NEW All-In-One Account!

NOTICE: GOOD NEWS!!!! Funds from current CampusCash accounts WILL transfer during the transition. After you receive your new EagleCard you will need to bring both ID's to the EagleCard Office and the funds will be tranferred to your BeakerBUCKs account.
COMING FALL 2008! BeakerBUCKS
It will be an All-In-One account for both students and employees. We have listened to the requests from not only students and employees but also parents and have combined the functionality of the optional dining club, the express club and the current CampusCash "Chip" into one account. If you are a student or employee with a current optional dining club account and/or Express Club account, those funds will become BeakerBUCKS that can be used at any of the participating flyBUY locations across campus. Just look for the "currently being designed" BeakerBucks "flyBUY" logo and signage.
BeakerBUCKS will be accessed by using your new EagleCard ID utilizing the new contactless technology. The areas accepting the new tap-n-go contactless technology will be referred to as flyBUY locations so that you will be able to use your "EagleCard BeakerBUCKS at any flyBUY location on campus". Please refer to the Student, Employee and FAQ's links to the left for specific card distribution dates and also the Locations link for specific reader placements and activations.
To add funds to your BeakerBUCKS account beginning in August simply...
- Go to EagleCard ONLINE
- Or use one of the 4 Add-Value Stations located on campus

The functionality and policies of the $500 Required Dining Clubs for Sophomores and the Flex Dollars associated with Meal Plans will remain the same and can only be used in MSU Dining locations. They are not included within the funtionality of BeakerBUCKS.
Any funds added to your account above and beyond the Required Dining Club or your Meal Plan will be considered BeakerBUCKS.
