Consider the following when deciding on a Meal Plan....
- Did you have a plan for the fall 2009 term and did it suit your needs?
- Want to keep the same plan? 100 block (soph., Jr, Sr, Grad): 10, 15, 19, 35, 150 (All students), just advance register. Freshman who defaulted to the 100 block for the fall term, will you still be a freshman for the spring '10 term? If not, you will need to select the 100 block to be charged. Sophomores, will your status change to junior? If so, you will not be automatically charged the $500 Required Dining Club and will need to contact the EagleCard Office to charge your account for either a meal plan or BeakerBucks.
- Will your schedule dramatically change? (labs, sports, or other activities)
- Will you be going home more or less often on the weekends? This will effect the number of meals needed for the week.
- Will your status change? (freshman to sophomore; sophomore to junior) If so, take into consideration that your required minimum will change from the 100 block (fr) to the $500 required dining club (soph) or you will not be required to particiapate in either (jr).
- Will you be 21 years of age within the spring 2010 term? If so, you will not be required to participate even if you have freshman or sophomore status.
- Will you be changing residence halls? Students living at Eagle Lake Apts, Mays Hall, Gilley Apts, Normal Hall, and the University Farm are not required to participate.
