Glen Colburn earned his Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1990. He regularly teaches British literature surveys and courses in the English Novel. His research interests are the history of the British novel, Augustan satire, the connections between medical theory and literature in eighteenth-century England, and literary theory.
