The purpose of the Regional Engagement Grants Program is to promote regional engagement partnerships, research and applied activities that can involve our students, faculty, and community within MSU’s service region. Awards in these areas will be allocated to partnerships, research, and applied activities that have significance for the region and addresses a specific regional engagement need or needs.
The committee's highest funding priority is for junior faculty and librarians to help establish their research program, and for senior faculty and librarians who have maintained a productive research program and have continually sought external funding for their research.
