Louise Cooper, Service-Learning Coordinator, holds a BBA with an option in accounting and an MBA from Morehead State University. Cooper has been employed with MSU since 2000, first as an intern through Kentucky Appalachian Commission then as Staff Assistant with IRAPP. She was Director of KY AHED and Field Coordinator with East Kentucky Regional GEAR UP. |

Randy Manis will be stepping into the role of LEAD/Leadership Learning Community Coordinator in August 2009, following his year of service with the AmeriCorps VISTA national service program. His focus was on low income housing. Randy is a graduate of the LEAD Program and has both his B.A. and M.A. in Communications from Morehead State University. A native of Greenup County, KY, Randy has worked extensively to promote and support service opportunities for other MoSU students and the surrounding area. |

Natalie Moak, has worked with the Center for Regional Engagement since February 2008. Ms. Moak graduated from Morehead State University in the Fall of 2007 with a BA in Philosophy. She serves as theAdministrative Secretary for the Center and is currently pursuing a second Bachelor's degree in Social Work. |

Jeffrey "J" Marshall has recently assumed the role of Executive Director of the Center for Regional Engagement (CRE). J. has over twenty five years of experience in student and academic affairs positions at public higher education institutions. J. holds an Ed.D. in Higher Education from East Carolina University (2008), an M.Ed. from Northern Arizona University (1987) in Counseling with emphasis on Student Personnel, and a B.S. degree in Public Administration with emphasis in Police Administration and Criminal Justice from the University of North Dakota (1977). J. has been employed with MSU since July 2008. J's professional interests are in servant-leadership, transformative leadership, and community engagement. |
