Dark Side of the Moon is one of the most startling and bizarre laser light shows of all time! Offering a mixture of psychedelic, rock and jazz sounds, accompanied by a diverse and unusual display of laser art, the overall feel is a dramatic and haunting atmosphere.

Before you cheer on the Football Eagles, visit the photo booth for free photo key chains. Check out the caricature artist, balloon artist and the Kids Zone for Lil’ Eagles.
Family Association Picnic

Join the MSU Family Association for a FREE cookout featuring pulled pork BBQ and more. Parents can learn how to stay involved by joining the Family Association and students can learn more about the new student giving campaign, Feed the Pig: Eagles Helping Eagles. Don’t forget to stop by the booth to cast a vote for the Kiss the Pig Competition. The lucky winner will be giving piggy kisses during the football game!

You’ll want to be in your seats early to watch the Class of 2018 lead the Eagles onto the field to kickoff the home opener with the Freshman Run.

International Observe the Moon Night
Smith-Booth Hall Lawn, 9:30-11 p.m.
Join faculty, staff and students in the Department of Earth & Space Science for the fifth annual International Observe the Moon Night! The event-filled evening will be wonderful opportunity to observe Earth's nearest neighbor! This is a ‘weather permits’ event and may be cancelled due to rain or cloudy skies.
Register at the tailgate to win one of four $250 textbook scholarships to be given out during the football game! You must be present to win.
