Apply for completion of a degree or non-degree program

For your convenience, we have created a checklist for graduation which will assist you as you prepare for your graduation or completion of your program.

Degree Completion

You must pay a graduation fee of $20 if you are completing a degree with us. Payments should be made to the Office of Accounting and Financial Services by calling 606-783-2019.

If you are completing a master's degree, please click on the appropriate program completion card link below, fill it out and submit it electronically.

*  Fall 2013 (Deadline is October 15th)

*  Spring 2013 (Deadline is March 15th)

*  Summer I 2013 (Deadline is June 15th)

*  Summer II 2013 (Deadline is July 15th)

Non-degree Program/Certification Completion

There is no graduation fee required for non-degrees or certifications.

If you are completing a non-degree/certification program, please click on the appropriate program completion card link below, fill it out and submit it electronically.
