If you desire to become a graduate student, full-time or part-time, in residence or from a distance, then Morehead State University is the right choice for you. In addition to 17 master's degrees with various specialties, we offer a full range of certification options for teachers and school administrators.

Also, we have the educational specialist degree in four fields. A cooperative master's degree in social work and four cooperative doctoral degrees are available in conjunction with the University of Kentucky.

Graduate courses are not limited to the main campus in Morehead. We operate five regional centers -- Ashland, Jackson, Mt. Sterling, Prestonsburg and West Liberty -- as well as instructional sites at Pikeville College and Maysville Community College. Our MBA was the first online degree program in Kentucky and today several other graduate courses are available online or through interactive video.

Graduate assistantships are available in each field of study and the compensation package for GA's includes free housing and a waiver of non-resident tuition for those students from outside Kentucky. Graduate students enrolling at any of MSU's regional centers or other off-campus instructional sites pay in-state tuition, regardless of place of residence.
