Family Day Announcement
Driving directions for Family Day
Saturday, July 4th is Family Day. Scholars will have the whole day to leave campus and spend time with parents, family members, and friends. If you are picking up a scholar, please arrive at campus to check them out with their Resident Advisor between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. Scholars will be admitted back into the halls beginning at 8:00 p.m., and hall curfew for the night of the 4th is 10:00 p.m. (strictly enforced).
If your scholar is planning to leave campus on Family Day with someone other than his/her parents, please let us know in advance, and in writing, the name of that person and his/her relationship to that scholar. No scholar will leave campus without the authorization of parents / guardians. You may e-mail or fax us at (606) 783-9061 if this is more convenient.
In the event that you are unable to visit on Family Day, we would appreciate it if you could inform us in writing so that we can plan an enjoyable time for him or her.

This week's special events include: Community Arts Day, a convocation with George Ella Lyon, the Classic Film Series, and an MSU Theatre Guild production of 1776.
