MSU Homecoming Parade (Main Street) 6 p.m.
Take part in a long standing Homecoming tradition! Bring the entire family and find a spot along Main Street. Parade attendees will enjoy floats, balloons and bands, as well as a variety of exciting special entries. The parade will begin on West Main Street and proceed to the end of Main Street near the AAC.
Campus and Community organizations are encouraged to participate by entering a float! Participation in the parade is free. The application to participate coming soon! Prizes will be given for both the student and community organization categories! 1st place awards: $500, 2nd place awards: $250 and 3rd place awards: $100.
Blue and Gold Day
Show your MSU pride by wearing Blue and Gold! By the way, the Alumni Association encourages you to celebrate Blue and Gold day every Friday. So don’t forget to stock up on your MSU gear at the University Bookstore!

Cruise to your official starting point for 2016 Homecoming Weekend! Simply pull up to the curb, or into a nearby visitors parking spot, to receive a campus map, parking information, schedule of events and a special gift from the MSU Alumni Association to help show your Eagle pride!
Memorial Brick Ceremony (Little Bell Tower Memorial Plaza) 10:30 a.m.
Join the Morehead State community to honor the years of faithful service given by deceased faculty and staff. Former faculty and staff who passed away during the last year will be recognized. Homecoming Kickoff Celebration (Morehead Conference Center) 5 – 7 p.m.
Start your homecoming weekend off with a warm welcome from the Alumni Association at the annual Alumni reception. Due to campus renovations in the Adron Doran University Center, the reception will take place Morehead Conference Center (111 E. First Street). A fun atmosphere will feature music and MSU trivia with prizes! You and your family and friends can have your picture taken with Beaker and mingle with other alumni! Complimentary beer and wine and light appetizers will be served! Special memorabilia from the class of 1966 celebrating 50 years, the class of 1976 celebrating 40 years and the class of 1993 celebrating 25 years will be displayed during the reception.

Join us for a special dinner banquet as we honor the 2016 recipient of Founders Award for University Service, recognize reunion classes 1966, 1956 and 1993, and induct the newest members of the Alumni and Athletic Halls of Fame.

MSU Brew and Gold Official Gathering Spot (Buffalo Wild Wings) throughout the evening
Mingle with classmates, reconnect, and enjoy all Buffalo Wild Wings has to offer! An outdoor area with a tent and heaters (if needed) will be open for additional mingling space. The Alumni Association staff will be onsite offering free Alumni koozies.

MSU’s new Residence Hall, named after MSU’s 13th President and First Lady, Wayne D. and Susan H. Andrews is an impressive addition to campus. The MSU Housing Office staff will be in the lobby to greet alumni and friends and provide them with a peak into MSU’s newest campus residence!

Fill the stands at Jayne Stadium and cheer on the Football Eagles as they take on Marist. As traditions stand, the presentation of the Homecoming Court will be announced and the Homecoming King and Queen will be crowned at Halftime. Tickets to the football game can be at the ticket window at Jayne Stadium on game day. MSU Cheerleading Alumni Banquet (Morehead Conference Center). 6 p.m.
Join fellow cheerleading alumni for a cocktail/reception hour beginning a 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7p.m. The dinner program will include a slideshow. Immediately following dinner, dancing and cocktails will be enjoyed until 10 p.m. $30 per person until Oct 1st. Price includes dinner and non-alcoholic drinks.

Recreation and Wellness Center
Enjoy the state of the art Recreation & Wellness Center for free! All Homecoming participants will enjoy a complimentary guest pass for the weekend. Take advantage of this 24 million dollar facility that was 100% student funded. It merges the aquatics, fitness and wellness, and intramural departments. The Kentucky Folk Art Center (102 West First Street)

Eagle Trace Golf Course (1275 Eagle Dr, Morehead)
Eagle Trace is a gently rolling, beautifully wooded public 18 hole golf course designed to challenge the skills of the most seasoned players, yet enjoyable and playable to all golfers.
