IET Advisory Board

In October of 1997, the Department of Industrial and Engineering Technology established an Advisory Board of leading professionals who are actively involved in the management of educational, business, and industrial organizations. The primary purpose of this board is to provide expert opinions, suggestions and feedback relative to IET programs and their potential impact on the economic development of MSU’s service region.

IET Advisory Board Scholarship Endowment

We are pleased to announce the establishment of the IET Advisory Board Scholarship Endowment. This merit-based scholarship endowment is established to help recruit and retain top quality undergraduate students in the Department of Industrial and Engineering Technology at Morehead State University.

In several decades, the Department of Industrial and Engineering Technology has touched the lives of more than 1500 students. Through their education in our program, they became prepared as highly skilled employees for the economic enterprise sytem in the region and beyond. As technological means and processes change continually, there is a need for more qualified and prepared incoming students.

We invite all IET graduate employers, alumni, faculty, staff, students, Advisory Board members and friends to join in this vitally important effort to the make the scholarship a reality. Advisory Board focus group forums have been created for the use of the IET Advisory Board to help us update the courses and content for eachof the Industrial Technology option programs.
