JCPS Professional Development and Appreciation Day
Friday, Sept. 27
10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Morehead State University is excited to partner with the Jefferson County Public School Guidance Services to host the Jefferson County Professional Development and Appreciation Day on Friday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Morehead State University.
The Eagle community wishes to celebrate the extraordinary work you and your colleagues do for students and the school district. This is also a wonderful opportunity for Morehead State to illustrate that we are “Much More” than one might imagine. We are much more than college classes...much more engaged....much more personal. We provide a safe campus environment that is much more welcoming and student-friendly.
At the Professional Development and Appreciation Day, campus wide updates will also be discussed throughout the program including the latest news (celebrating 125 years and record enrollment), policy changes, and upcoming recruitment events. Guest will also have the opportunity to tour our beautiful campus, visit out state-of-the-art facilities and much more.
The Jefferson County Professional Development and Appreciation Day is free of charge and is open to Guidance Counselors, Youth Services Counselors, College Access Resource Teachers, and LEEP Coordinators.
Morehead State University will also provide roundtrip transportation and lunch. Limited seating is available (50) and reservations are required.
Additional information is available by contacting Ms. Tashanna R. Rucker, senior enrollment services counselor/diversity, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
