The Kentucky Canadian Studies Roundtable is a joint project of Eastern Kentucky University, the University of Kentucky, Kentucky State University, Morehead State University, Western Kentucky University, and Georgetown College.
Since its first meeting in 1996, annual roundtable meetings have been held at Georgetown College, the University of Kentucky, the University of Louisville, and Kentucky State University. These meetings have featured a keynote speaker and breakout sessions which explore a wide range of current topics of interest to Canadian studies faculty and students.
Over the past decade, the roundtable has become a multidisciplinary venue for college and university faculty, directors of international studies programs, graduate students in international studies, Canadian Parliamentary interns, and school teachers to discuss their common interests in matters Canadian. The roundtable is jointly financed by the Canadian Consulate General, Detroit and the university or college hosting the annual meeting.
