"Time Made Real: Carvings of Tim Lewis"
This is an extensive survey exhibition of stone carvings by Kentucky artist Tim Lewis (b1952). Made between 1990 and 2007. The exhibition was developed by Customs House Museum in Clarksville, Tennessee.

Appalachian Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair
KFAC’s annual Appalachian Holiday Arts & Crafts Fair will be held at the Laughlin Health Building on December 5th, 9-4.
The Appalachian Arts and Crafts Fair offers visitors a wide and varied selection of regional arts and crafts, ranging from the traditional to the cutting edge, including holiday decorations. More than 100 vendors will participate.
The Kentucky Folk Art Center is a cultural, educational and economic development service of Morehead State University. Admission to the fair is $3 for adults; children under 12 are free.

The Strange Horses Came: The horse in contemporary folk art
A juried exhibition that explores the horse, horses, and their many relationships with humankind. The exhibition is open to all self-taught American artists, and will be on display at KFAC from July 8, 2010, through October 16, 2010. (The Strange Horses Came will be on display at KFAC while the 2010 Alltech International Equestrian Games are held in Lexington.) Two documents: a) A prospectus for exhibition with exhibition guidelines, timetable, and artwork specifications, and b) The Entry Form, can either be downloaded (see below), or artists may request paper copies as follows:
