The Acquisitions Department orders over 5,000 books and other types of library materials each year, and receives hundreds of gift items.  Faculty may submit requests through the academic department's Library Contact, who works with a Laision Librarian to select new material for the Library. The Acquisitions Department is headed by Pamela Colyer .
