The Camden-Carroll Library invites you to participate in a memorial quilt project for the Camden-Carroll Library.  Designed by Kentucky quilt artist, Mary Nehring, the mountain quilts have been commissioned for display in the lobby of the Library.  Quilts have long been a part of Kentucky’s artistic tradition, and we believe that these quilts will enhance the Library’s lobby and create a bright and welcoming entrance for Library patrons.

     How will we pay for the quilts?  Contributors may purchase blocks of the quilt for $25 each.  In each block purchased contributors may designate a name to be embroidered (limited to 30 characters).  We encourage you to submit your name for recognition, or perhaps you would like to honor and remember a favorite professor, friend, or librarian.  The quilts will be a part of the Camden-Carroll Library for many years to come, and will serve as a lovely reminder of the Library’s many friends. 

     The deadline for contributions is July 14, 2006.  Checks may be made out to the MSU Foundation.
